Terrible service, and product. We were frequent customers until our recent visit. When we arrived at 930pm the business was closed and employees long gone, although the hours listed on the door still says 10pm, as well as the official corporate website. I complained, and after several back and forth attempts, I finally spoke to the store manager Jessica Gordon. She called me twice, but every time I tried to return her call it rang and rang until the fax machine picked up. It wasn't until I just repeatedly dialed the number she gave me, until anyone answered the phone. She apologized and explained that they have different winter hours and close at 9pm on weekdays other than Friday and Saturday during the winter, and gave us a free Family fill-up, which I was pleased with. She filled out a certificate for the meal, so we could pick it up in the next couple days. When we went to pick it up, Jessica had already gone home for the evening, but the shift manager was extremely rude, and seemed to take offense to that we were being given the complimentary meal and proceeded to give us the absolute worst chicken they could provide. She actually scolded another employee for mistakenly including a cake as part of a different combo, which we ended up paying for because it looked good. Unfortunately, the pictures confirm what we got. Half of the chicken was barely larger than a quarter, which I used for perspective in the pictures, and the mashed potatoes were squished to the point of the containers bursting out the bottom and they didn't close the box of potato wedges, so they were cold, and undercooked to begin with. Really terrible way to treat a repeat customer, and no wonder your ratings are so low!

Food was hot and fresh. Soda was a little flat tasting but not enough for me to complain about it. However I had ordered 3 $5 boxes and they forgot about the cookies as well as the cinnamon twists. I mentioned it to them and I got them but one bag wasn't as full as the other bag. Where is the consistency in product? Also is it just me or did the strips get smaller?

On Oct 19, I ordered a Senior Meal, Crispy and dark meat. It was the worse meal I've ever had there. The 'Crispy" wasn't and under the skin, the meat was slimy. The Cole Slaw was dry. The only good parts of the meal were the soda and biscuit. Not anxious to order that meal again and I used to like it. Your reply to this could/should have offered a free meal to replace this bad one. McDonald's has done as much when I got a really tough chicken sandwich. Actually, they offered two free sandwiches to show their good faith.
