I’ve not been to prom in 30 years so my teenager and I needed a lot of help and guidance for his first prom and Matt went above and beyond in helping us. From tux selection to wrist corsages. He guided us in decisions and everything was beautiful. My teen was sick the day of alterations and Matt still accommodated us the day of prom with a last minute alteration. Much of this happened around Mother’s Day weekend so the store was very busy yet he remained professional and courteous and extra helpful.
