So....I wasn't sure how to approach this issue. I ordered a Detroit Style Pizza last night. Im originally from Michigan. Wanted to see how they do it at The Hut. Once it was delivered, I realized it was definitely not a Detroit Style. It was a Detroit inspired Sicilian Style Pizza. I didn't care too much. I was hungry. Pizza was good. But not what I wanted. I hope this is not how all the shops are doing it. Cuz it's wrong. Wouldn't mind trying a real one from you guys.

The pizza had a weird taste. We also got wings which were awesome, but the pizza itself tasted off. Even my kiddos didn't like it

We ordered extra sauce there was hardly any sauce toppings were skimpy overall very disappointing. Sure didn't look like the commercials.

You guys forgot the green peppers, not a huge deal but you did make me pay for them.
I learned through this experience that Pizza Hut offers no recourse from corporate if they screw up your order. They just leave you an automated review to fill out and beyond that it's between you and the store. So if they screw up good luck. Gonna be going to Dominos from here out.

This pizza was absolutely fantastic in every single way. Plenty of toppings that were evenly distributed. Pizza was nice and hot and cut in eight perfect pieces! Thank you Pizza Hut for making this Dad and Mom of two Irish Twin babies more than satisfied with dinner!

They messed up our pizza and didn't make it right. We had to call 3 times and be put on home 15 minutes one of those calls to get someone. The had to beg for a credit on our account because they gave us a cheese pizza instead of a pepperoni lovers. We were also told that they couldn't deliver us the pizza we ordered and paid for because delivery was closed. At 6pm on a Friday evening! Haha! The most ridiculous customer service I've encountered in a long time!

The crust for the pizzas I ordered was not what we are used to receiving. Not sure if the dough was proofed too quickly or of a different type of dough is used for the medium promotions. Our food was mediocre.

Refused to take my order, I'm in central sioux falls and we have several pizza huts in the same distance around us and they refused to take my order. Not impressed at all.
