We got here and immediately the hostess was rude. Our waitress was great up until she got held up in the back and no one took overseeing our table. The device at our table doesn't work and after telling the hostess she rudely said we'd have to wait for our waitress. Which would be fine if we had one. So finally a floor manager got us a device so we could pay. We ended up waiting just to pay almost 30 min... we liked the food a lot and originally the service was great, but I have to rate low off the hostess and the lack of communication for table attentiveness.

They have amazing drinks and even better food. Our server was Alex and he was so friendly and patient with us picking what we wanted. I had spicy shrimp tacos and a tropical sunrise margarita (highly recommended both). My totaly came out to a little over $30 that included tax and a tip.

Went with my girlfriend for her mother's birthday. I got the $10.99 meal deal, while they got the 2 for $25. The staff sang a cute version of Happy Birthday and gave her a ice cream sunde*. The bacon burger was awesome sauce. Salad was crisp, and fries were cooked perfectly (not to hard, not to soft). All in all my experience was great 10/10

Excellent! Service was great. I ordered from my car and arrived early, but they came out immediately to make sure I knew my order would be a little bit yet. Food was hot and tasty! Always love Chili's!

First time being here and it was awesome!! I loved our waiter!! He was the best waiter I've had in along time. If you ever go there ask to be seated in David's section. He is the best!!!

Service was abysmal. Server wasnt very attentive. Food was not good. Got a salad with ranch. Ranch was so watered down it became a soup. The chicken crispers were not very crisp. Corn on the cob was mush. They got rid of the citrus vinaigrette dressing. The only good thing was the chicken enchilada soup. Will be a long time before i go back there

It was great our server did the best he could it was just him & one other server. They were busy & the managers didn't help till there was a big line at the door. Just feel ot was super I'm unprofessional on the manager's part for not coming to help them soon.

I would have given them a 5 but my fries were cold. I hardly ever eat fries and was really excited to have some. Their hamburger was excellent though.
