Wendy's

So being next door getting my car worked, and went to go get breakfast. I pulled on the door and out of a side window a guy pops out we don't open lobby till 11. Another guy walks up out of his car and this guy is upset he has a trailer and we'll he just wants to get his food. If you are that short staffed and ur closing all ur Wendy's here in Sioux falls. This is just horrible that you can not open ur store. Taco bell got my business this morning and a great survey you how ever did not get either. Not that your gm or owners care

My pop tasted like they put the wrong one in the cup, dumped it out and then put the right one in. It was funky. Got the $5 biggie bag which is a good deal. Actually got really fast service there today. Also, when you hand me my beverage, please make sure to wipe the pop off the side of the cup so it does not get slopped in the car

I visited during lunch, on a Friday, the line was 15 people deep. It took at least twenty minutes for them to take my order. The general manager was there being no help at all. I counted six people working. The cashier was taking orders, assembling orders at the counter and handling the fry orders. He was struggling big time. The GM was walking around slowly as he kept looking at the line out front. He even commented about how the cashier was struggling. Yet, he didn't even attempted to help relieve the back up. They were getting orders wrong left and right. Pretty sad. I guess he's lucky there is a staff shortage. I would have fired him if I was the the owner.

I can’t even believe this place is open, today I went n ordered 2 meals he handed me the wrong meal 3 times and the wrong drink 4 times. when I said I ordered a lemonade he dipped his dam fingers in it omg it was so gross… then he said “it was made with love” (ew) like brooo you touched money ….I ended up paying for something I couldn’t eat or drink, it’s not like I can return it there was no recipe either. I’m just so grossed out how is it when I worked at Wendy’s our boss was on us about food safety but not anymore WTH??in Foodservice you need to be hygienic for the safety of customers… I would have felt safer licking plane toilets then eat here it was that bad 🤢🤮 never again.
