I go here all the time and almost every time they get my order wrong. I order a hamburger with ONLY bacon and ketchup. Nothing else. 4things total, the bun, the patty, the bacon, and the ketchup. Today I ordered that exact thing and repeated my order a good 3 times and I ended up getting a burger with onions and ketchup. Please work on your customer service and make sure you are listening to the order correctly and then making it correctly. It gets extremely frustrating paying for something and then not getting what you ordered.

Seems like every time I come here someone cuts me in the drive through line. To no fault of the employees. Then I have to wait another 30 minutes for my food. Place has gone downhill, just the Covid times I guess.

Good fast service consistently. Only complaint that I have is that the food isn't always the freshest. I would rather wait a little bit longer and have fresher food.

My fries weren't good and they were to salty. My fries tasted like they were dry and just sitting under the heating light. Chicken sandwich was kinda ok

Clean restaurant, nice atmosphere and good food. Staff was also friendly and accommodating. Wish they had a changing station in men's restroom as we were traveling with a baby this is an issue everywhere though.

There’s bad service. But then there’s terrible service. Let me tell you this location is beyond terrible service. It’s ridiculous. They got my entire order wrong. Even when confirming at the end of placing my order. Yet they managed to screw it up. I live 30 minutes away from this location. Called these people 7 times to get them to fix the order before heading back to pick it up. Yet they didn’t even bother to answer the phone. I will most definitely be making a complaint with corporate. We rarely eat out. Yet the day I decide to. There goes $65 to the trash because they can’t do their job right. Mind you it wasn’t even busy. I will never eat at this establishment again.
