June 5th 2022. 100% accuracy on all 5 orders. Food was hot and tasted great. The male cashier was the nicest fast food employee I have meet in a very very long time. He went above and beyond. Unfortunately I didn't get his name they were very busy.

This location is amazing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Everyone has a smile and is willing to help you get the best deals for. The facility is clean bathrooms are clean parking lot is clean. Employees should always be recognized through the company at this location.

If I could give zero stars I would. Our (my co-workers and boss) drive through experience was a little confusing, but in the end we wanted 2 whoppers and a spicy chicken sandwich and three drink. We received 3 drinks and two whoppers. So I run in quick to let Mason know I didn't get my chicken sandwich. He REFUSED to make me one. Because, well, I wish I knew... Now my boss was across the street with the truck using the restroom. And he paid. So he had the receipt. So I decide to buy another one while Mason was just patronizing me? Odd.. so I get it open it, and asked if it was supposed to come with lettuce and tomatoes.. he said no just pickles. So I asked if I could get some. And he refused to give me my pickles and it was the worst interaction I have ever had in any business transaction. I felt harassed and extremely disrespected!! So he wouldn't give me any pickles and kept mocking and disrespecting me and so then I tried to just ask for my money back, which again he refused. I felt so mistreated and utterly disrespected. I wish I could give zero stars. Because that was such a pathetic way to do business. And nobody there cared about what was going on. THEE WORST BUSINESS TRANSACTION EVER!!!! Mason, you sucked today, and you're way better than that.

This BK is always off. The burgers are flavorless. I checked myself for covid after eating here because I thought I was sick due to lack of flavor. The others don't seem to have this problem. Staff is nice though.

Hands down worst Burger King. If you really love Burger King then I kindly suggest driving 10 minutes to the one on 1900 in west haven. You will drive there and get your food faster than waiting in line at 12th street. I have tried this Burger King on multiple occasions and each time it takes 25 minutes to get my food even with only one car ahead of me and no one behind me. Seriously don’t waste your money with the 12th street Burger King!!!

Only been doing drive-thru for a couple of months and every time I go there they always mess up my order every single time.
No chicken nuggets, no mozzarella stick, but I got jalapeno poppers but they could remember all the sauces that's it first.

Fast food is fast food. This morning I chose BK. How I was greeted in the drive thru wasn't like every other. Sounded genuine and kind. That was the value of my breakfast. How he made me feel. Thanks Justin. Great job.
