I go here mostly at 1am for dinner and the food is always great. When I order food it prepared grreat. But the order still never cones out quiet right. I Ordered a steak grilled burrito and got a chicken. It was still good. But knot what I ordered. I don't hold it against them. Because when I go through the line there usually 8 or more cars ahead of me. And I know there swamped. I'm just hoping one day my order will be correct

This Taco John's is the biggest waste of space. I give them chance after chance and I am done. They ALWAYS forget items, especially cheese sauce. If its not forgetting an item, it's forgetting to remove an ingredient in which you asked for. I asked for two soft shell tacos with no lettuce and I received 2 tacos with just meat. I asked for two sides of cheese and only received one. The fried chicken tacos we received were cold and soggy as if they had been sitting out. Like most places, the receipt should be handed back with your card or change or come with the bag. No receipt was given so we couldn't make a formal complaint directly to the company. This place is an absolute joke, I really wish I could give it a zero.

My Favorite, at Taco John's, is their Taco Burger.
* Taste even better with their Green Sauce, but use with caution, it's as Hot as they come!
* Staff was kind & patient with me because I usually take a long time figuring out what to order.
* But I Always order their Taco Burgers!

Past two times I've gone there they've told me 20-30 min wait when I'm the only vehicle in the drive-thru...don't advertise you're 24 hours when you're not.

I ordered a taco salad with no onions and no tomatoes. I got both on my salad. Not a good place if they are not able to listen to the order.

Drive through took 20 minutes. Order was still not ready when we got to window. Check out person was unsure of our order kept talking to cook instead of us about our order to clarify. They were confused. Food was hot and okay, but service left alot to be desired.

Food, staff, and store were all great! Downside, the app. Why make it so hard to claim a token of food? I don't think giving out a free taco or beverage to loyal customers will break the bank!
