Domino's Pizza

I live in a multiple apartment complex, my order was marked "delivered", after about 30 minutes and no food, I decided to call the store.Whoever the manager on duty was, she knocked it out of the park. Super calm and patient, (I simply asked where my food was), she said that she wanted to re-make my order and would be sending a fresh delivery my way, and would have my driver call me when they arrive. 5 Star Customer Service!

We had a big order - 11 pizzas, 5 breadsticks. Estimated time was 15-35 minutes. Waited 40 minutes to leave the hotel to pick up our order - wasn't even started when we got there. Ended up waiting almost 45 minutes extra. I am not upset about it taking so long - I'm upset that the estimated time wasn't even close to the actual completion time. We had over 30 people waiting to eat - didn't leave a very positive impression on them. I have a feeling that I spoke to someone who was not located anywhere close to the Dominoes. You need to get a grasp on timing - it was an uncomfortable experience walking into a room full of hungry adults and children who had been waiting nearly an extra hour to eat.

This has always been our favorite Dominos, but for the past 3-6 months their service and pizza quality has gone down the tubes! If you walk in, the phone is ringing off the hook and the employees do not greet you. Tonight we bough 3 medium pizzas, 2/3 pizzas were burnt and the crust had such big bubbles it turned the edible portion of the pizza (none crust section) to an even smaller section. We also selected curbside delivery. The timer went off. Then they didn't look like they were ever going to deliver, so I got up and went in to get it. When I got home, my teenage son was mad because we should have checked the order before leaving.

Me and my friends ordered a few pizzas on a Saturday. They said wait time would be 1 hour. No problem. Over an hour goes by, I called and asked when the order would be ready. They said 15 minutes. We drove there and waited almost an hour in the car! Every time we went in, they said it was a 2-20 minute wait. We finally got our pizzas. Many other other people had this problem that night, and they were getting free pizzas / discounts. We were not offered any of that. We were patient all night because we saw the employees looked stressed and overworked. We won’t be ordering from here again.

Thought it was time to try this location, being we moved here not to long ago. Was hoping it would be better than the last place. Under baked, charred cheese for both pizza and cheesy bread. Extra charge for sauce cups (other places include at least one per item), not worth it. Three stars because teenager didn't hate it. Overall, meh.

A really bad storm came through this area and electricity was out in this general vicinity. I checked into a hotel nearby and ordered and came over. They were short staffed and running super behind due to electricity having been out and orders being messed up in the system. People were very angry and canceling orders while I was there. The staff were very nice and kept good spirits up and got me my order as soon as they could. I wanted to put a review hoping the manager sees this. Everyone working tonight on may 12th should be recognized for working so hard during all this craziness and with storms continuing and people being angry with something they could not control. Coming from Florida with hurricanes and having had no electricity for days at a time I get it and appreciate them working hard.

We often order Dominos, especially when we travel and we're tired from a long day of driving. It's convenient to have something delivered and what everyone likes. This Domino's, however, was just ok. Took what seemed longer than usual to deliver and the pizza crust and brownies were a bit burnt. The Pasta was really good, though. And the delivery guy was really friendly and helpful. I know lots of places are struggling with timelines issues, (totally understand). But, quality could be better.
