Pepperjax Grill

Stopped in for a Philly tonight. The manager on duty is AMAZING!!! She is not only training but working on online orders; everyone was AWESOME tonight from the 2 on the grill down to the cashier; they all did an outstanding job. We did have to wait a few minutes, but they were so polite and talked to us and apologized numerous times. I have been in management for many years, and I will be honest, this one is a diamond. Thank you for such an AMAZING time. Oh!!! and the food is awesome also.

They were so rude and very disrespectful. Pepperjacks used to have an amazing staff and the staff working tonight was awful. They close at 10. We were there at 9:10. We didn't get all of our food until 9:35. And they staggered 10 minutes between our 2 meal which were ordered together... They slammed my food into my hands when it was ready but only after they served the 2 door dashes that clearly had ordered before us and therw food was not even started for them until they arrived to pick it up.. from the moment we walked in the girl kept rolling her eyes and was offended she had to get up from the booth and put her phone down and do her job.. what for another hour or so maybe tops... 🤔 they closed at 9:39.

The Native American woman working there was super rude this evening. I use to love it there but tonight was horrible first she gave major attitude to my fiancé then she touched the trash can and went to prepare our food we told her no we are just going to go somewhere else as we was leaving she followed us and had the phone in her hands as if we stole nope we told u we was going somewhere else and why because u touched the trash can and didn’t change your gloves that is gross and can get people super sick!

Food was made fresh, staff were all polite and everything was clean, a few TVs on to stare at if dining in. The -1 star was for the pic of fries, that was considered a large fry, and they make all fries to order so that is a measured amount you will always get. All the food was really good, but I felt given the box / sandwich sizes, the fries portion could be more for a large for 2-3 people to split. Highly recommend, but might want to order a couple large fries to feed a small family / extremely hungry people.
