The tablet use for ordering, screen is so oily that I have to sanitized my hand after placing my order. Prefer those using QR code and personal phone to place order. Not a pleasant eating experience as the service staffs were arguing. And food is just average or otherwise below average, not worth the bill.

The quality of the ramen is so disappointing. I knew that the restaurant was managed by the same group that runs Ajisen, but I’d say that Ajisen tasted better for a cheaper price. The charsiew was so dry and lean, the bamboo shoots undercooked, and the soup was so watery (and grainy as the garlic was not properly diced up). I mourned the waste of caloric expenditure. It didn’t help that the restaurant’s furniture was falling apart, the wood peeling away and the crevices filthy. Just altogether awful!

Worst service from the staff around 8:00pm 25/02/2022 . My girls are fans of Japan food holding and regular customers of their restaurants. But never encountered such bad experience before. The staff let us wait for more than ten minutes which we could understand that because it was dinner time and we patiently waited. But she skipped us and allowed other group ( with the same group size) in . We came to this restaurant purposely as my girls wanted to eat ramen from this shop today and they were hungry as it was already quite late for their dinner time . Will never come back to this brunch till that staff working there.
