I dine in at this outlet quite frequently before covid, it was quite pleasant. Now it’s just so unpleasant. It’s my first time writing a review for f&b.. I already felt so uncomfortable in just half an hour time. Firstly, while we are just eating, a young female service staff starts complaining to another staff that she is not paid to do this while cleaning the table beside us. Repeating and making the ewww sound while cleaning, it’s quite unethical. She could have just complain behind closed doors or softly. Secondly, we came in quite late so when they asked if we need more sauces we declined it as we haven’t finish our sauce. Around 9.15pm we asked for more sauce a female staff, Indian, complain quite loudly to another staff “just now ask them they don’t want”. Felt like this outlet start doing closing things at 9pm when the last order is 9.30pm, didn’t come and ask for last order too. One point of time everyone disappears want order more meat also hard. So many staff outside but don’t know what they doing. One lady staff is really attentive I didn’t take note of the name. If she didn’t take our orders we still be waiting.

Honestly getting from bad to worse. Nowadays having the beef in meal adds an additional $2 per pax. Drinks comes at $1 per small pathetic glass. Even the ice cream is chargeable at $1. All these used to be INCLUDED in the base buffet price. They increased the price so ridiculously yet the products and service did not improve. Hygiene is another issue. Ordered 2 drinks and both drinks came with oil visible from the top. It's obviously not cleaned properly. Very disappointing experience. Will stop patronising from now onwards

Food was great and the waiters explained clearly how to order and etc. Never wrote a review despite coming here several times.There is a lady i would want to praise, her name is Leilani. She explains very thoroughly and was respectful. She was also super kind even as we left our things behind and retrieved it back for us.

Service was bad. Food standard and variety all dropped. Sauce was not be able to request in separate bowl the server put all the ingredients in one sauce which damn disgusting. One type of veggies was old and part of it was spoil. $1 drink/ice cream which is non refillable. $19.90 per pax for this, Definitely not worth visiting.
