Sun Lok Noodles House

Am really disappointed at the service I received today. Bought double mcspicy via the kiosk and requested to the staff thereabout to change the usual sesame bun to steam bun as I'm allergic to sesame (yes told her I'm allergic to sesame). Usually, all the outlets I went to, are agreeable with it. This outlet however (McDonald's Jurong Superbowl), told me I can't change it and that if I'm allergic to sesame and knowing mcspicy comes w sesame bun, I should not order it. I then requested that I don't want the bun, since I'm allergic to it and they refused to change to steam bun. However, when the food was sent to me, there's sesame seeds on the patty and in the box. Yet, the staff told me, because food has been placed on my table and I've opened the box, they won't make any exchange for me. Uh? How was I supposed to know without opening up the box???

Poor crowd management. Crew cannot even take the initiative or exercise wisdom to find out the long about their order whether is dine-in or takeaway. To make things worst, coupon redemption for 1 to 1 promotion during lunch hours, the machine actually broke down. There was no spare machine for replacement. Hence, the promotion of the day did not resulted in any redemption. Imagine those queuing up for at least 30 minutes were not told until their turn to place order. Wonder if this is a marketing gimmick to draw the crowd during weekdays for lunch? Succeed, they did in drawing crowd. Failure is because seema to be like a scam. Can hear many people curse and swear at the inefficiency of McDonald. Confidently believe many have left this outlet an angry customer. For my food, all I can say is blood stain visibility is clear for my chick wings. Very very bad experience. Bye bye McDonald, unless I got no choice. Burger King is still my number one choice !!! Updates on 5 Jun 2022: Air Con is not cold. All foods leftover on the tables are not cleared, due to bin bags in rubbish are full. Probably the WORST McDonald outlet in the whole of Singapore. If not because of my son is hungry, I will not even want to step into this outlet. People staying around this area will NOT disagree with me. Don't even deserved 1 Star rating !!!

This outlet been around for long time, time to time updates itself through renovation. Air conditioning is cool as it is supposed to be. Friendly and helpful staff. Location have drive through ordering and a big paying parking lot. Standard of food is as good as it gets for this chain outlets. WiFi and public toilets available.

I mean yeah they have like all Macdonalds anywhere made mistakes on my orders , or given me less than perfect tasting food . But they have been consistently opened until covid begin . Always there and always / mostly an environment where even if completely packed does not feel as packed as other Macdonalds . True blessing to Taman jurong .
