Thai Express

Quality has plummeted through the years. Terribly long wait for our food; even saw other customers walking out because of the long wait. Food was also terrible—I've never had mushier 'fried rice'. Probably a bad place to work at too, looking at the new faces we see with every visit. It's a hard no babes.

Non wow factor dining here. Nothing that will bring you back, but nothing will deter you from going as well. Service is quite slow, they do lots of food delivery which is given priority. Some of the dishes are not served hot but slightly warm. Not that it bothers me though because i find it easier to dine this way.

Decided to get a cool refreshing drink on a hot day. Ordered the Thai cendol which was pretty okay but slightly sweet. Very generous with the condiments of red rubies, jack fruit and cendol green jelly. And order also the classic cendol which was okay as well. Good place to have a quick cool drink. But not a place where I’d sit and savor the ambience as there isn’t any. It really is an express sort of dining place. Instagram @iambruisedlee

Went for lunch on Sunday morning, the outlet only had one other table of dine in customers. The restaurant was stuffy and the air conditioning does not seem to be working well. Ordered Seafood pad Thai, glass noodles with chicken meat ball and Thai fish cake. Fried seafood Pad Thai came with noodles all sticking to one another , n had a lot of liquid. The glass noodle was ok but bland. Only saving grace was the Thai fish cake. I know it’s really tough on FnB outlets in this COVID period… but pls maintain yr standard, Thai Express you have been around more than 10 years!
