Hashida Singapore

Very very good meal and pleasant experience. Every dish was well prepared , balanced and refined. Little details from the use of Gin pepper on Sushi to caramelized sauce on their signature Monkfish liver has demonstrated effort to bring the flavors to a next level. Service was top notch - other than very attentive staff, the restaurant was also very generous to offer sampling of three sake before I picked my preferred choice. Go Hashida, you won’t regret.

Our omakase lunch at Hashida sushi was amazing. We had the privilege of being served by chef Hashida himself. It was such an unforgettable experience. The sushi was fresh beyond belief. The cooked dishes had broths that were exploding with flavour. The real surprise was our 3 course dessert which was so well thought out. It was truly such a unique and unforgettable experience. Love the whole dining experience in Hashida, esoteric selection of fish and he gets all the fishes from Japan all the way to SG. You will never get the same fish in anywhere else but Hashida. Beautiful interior and even for all the tableware, silverware shows how much he cares for each dishes that he prepares. Also the creativeness that he came out with dishes for every different seasons. Service stuffs are well paced, polite and knowledgeable when explaining each dishes :) definitely will come back more often :*

Came here for dinner. Excellent is all I can say. Simplicity with quality ingredients all from Japan makes the food just taste incredible. If I had to be super picky it would lose 0.1 point for the odd music of jazz playing in the background. Not sure if that goes with the ambiance. The decor ,the service , the ambiance, the etiquette of this 3hr epic seafood only omakase is one of the best if not the best in Singapore. Make sure you know your sake pairings, as the sake recommendations is a bit weak. Price point is very slightly high. But reasonable overall to be honest. Highly recommend. Don't even think twice just go.
