Such a well hidden gem! From the moment you stepped in, puts u in a zen mood. Shoes are kept away in their shoe racks. Staff is accommodating and friendly. Unique experience for me, cause its my first Tea House. Very clean and neat. Good selection of teas and snacks. They allow you to have a slot for 2 hours. Definitely coming back here!

Nice and quiet tea house. Plenty of Chinese tea to choose from. Bear in mind the $9/pax min spending and 2hr time limitation. $5 additional for Korean and oriental styled tea room, $10 additional for the bigger room. Japanese style area is not chargeable since it has no partition and no curtain. First timer can request for demo.

My friend suggested this place to catch up since we like to drink tea. We had to choose 2 types of tea to start. We had a lighter tea and a stronger one. The food menu is small consisting of tim sum and tea leaves eggs. The eggs are cooked to perfection, so flavourful and tasty. Tim sum is not bad too. If u have not experienced the art of tea ceremony, you can come here to try. But there's a time limit of 2 hrs each slot.

Took up the Tea Appreciation session and it was a great experience for my husband and I. Had the chance to learn abt the history of tea and China, the different types of tea and their benefits, hands on session of tea drinking... Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves on the 1-1 experience! We will come back for tea drinking and catch up with friends and family for sure. Highly recommended.

Love the place,a small shop house located along the bustling street in Chinatown. Great place to hang out with friends and even alone to enjoy the tranquil and calming environment as you put your mind at ease while being educated and trying out the difference variety of tea leaves they have to offer as while as the intricacies of drinking tea. Must try activity.

Signed up for a 2-hour tea appreciation workshop at Tea Chapter recently, and had Mr Fund Lee as our instructor for the session. Fund is the second generation owner of the establishment, and was very knowledgeable in sharing with us the Chinese history of tea, the various techniques in preparing this beverage, as well as explaining the benefits and peculiarities of each kind of tea used during the workshop. Was surprised to see the place so fully patronized even during a mid-week afternoon; at the same time happy to see so many people in Singapore interested in an art form surrounding this wonderful drink. Definitely worth the afternoon, and will be back again!

First time visiting and already looking forward to the next visit. Staff taught us how to brew the tea along with some basic Chinese tea etiquette. Tried their Imperial Cassia which were said to be specially concocted for Queen Elizabeth II which had a light osmanthus aroma. The jelly platter, herbal tea egg and tea baked sweet potato were good as the aroma of the tea was infused into each dish. The only downside would be it might get too noisy when your neighboring table chats loudly. There's a minimum spending of $9 per pax on tea if I'm not mistaken. If there's 5 of you that means you'll have to order $45 worth of tea, which is good news because you can try the premium teas or maybe even get 2 different teas to try.

Was surprised by the amount of cultured human beings on earth when i reach here. The short 7 minutes introduction was very educational, sufficient to make me a cultured singaporean. May get too thirsty due to small teapot size for brewing. But overall, i really love this place, the ambience and their tea is extremely good. Will be back again to practice my patience.
