Address on the app could have been a little clearer (or maybe im just not good with directions). It said B1, so when i alighted from the mrt, i looked for B1 at the train station which was unfortunately not right.
I googled and came out from the ground level at PS mall, crossed the road toward Istana Park, and went down the escalator from there. There're a bunch of food places and a bloodbank there, the ezbuy collection point is next to the ATMs. For those planning to get there from the mrt exit, i'd recommend heading toward exit B.
Regarding the quality of goods, I havent had any issue so far with the handful of orders through them and collection in general was smooth and uneventful. Fingers crossed this continues for a long time.

STAY AWAY!
1 star is too generous for EzBuy.
Not understandable customer service on any online enquirer, arbitrary policy that they will return your entire package for a single item that may be out of their policy and a website that is hard to navigate.
Experience for be has been horrid, first and last time I will ever use EzBuy/EzShip.

A beanbag sofa that I bought via ezbuy has a defective zipper.
Similarly, I encountered this issue in my previous purchase, which was returned to ezbuy for a full refund + delivery to send back to ezbuy warehouse.
But this time round, ezbuy is making this process difficult for me and insisted that the company selling the beanbag through ezbuy is unwilling to provide a refund. The defect is exactly the same.
I find this highly unprofessional and would like ezbuy to understand the following statute:
Lemon Law
It is a law that protects consumers against goods that do not conform to contract or are not of satisfactory quality or performance standards at the time of delivery. Under the Lemon Law, businesses are obligated to repair, replace, reduce the price or provide a refund for a defective good.
The provisions of the Lemon Law can be found in Sections 12A to 12F of the CPFTA.
I will not hesitate to bring this matter up to CASE if the problem is not resolved by next week.

Use Ezbuy at your own risk.
One of my worst shipment experience with Ezbuy! Parcel is constantly delayed and customer service pays lip services and gives standard answers.
Ordered on 1 May.
Parcel is supposed to arrive via freight on 15 May. 15 days for air freight is already long.
But on 15 May, this is their response,
Suit Xin: yes.as your parcel need required for customs clearance so will need take more 3 days for it
Suit Xin: based on the record is yes. Estimated the arrival at our warehouse is 18/05.
Vanessa: Dear customer, as per check your parcel will be arrive at Singapore on 19/5. Once the parcel reach Singapore. It will take around 1-3 days for the customs clearance and send it to our warehouse.When the parcel arrives at the warehouse you will receive a notification.
Vanessa: yes roughly will be 20/5 to update the status
Tisha: yes, will need to take another 1-2 working days for custom clearance.
It is always custom clearances.
My other parcel via sea is taking 1 month.

Unreliable platform with no proper returns policy for faulty items. Horrible customer service that don't help at all. Shopee, Lazada, and many other options much better than ezbuy. Bought two lights, one was faulty. Contacted customer service and they can't be bothered.

Used ezhip service. Kind staff helped me to locate parcels that i didnt manage to key into the system. Ezship really helped me alot with my taobao shipping!

NEVER, ever, even think about to order sth. It's definitely not easy.
And nothing is easy with this site, company - from order, through payment, what about the terms of delivery (1 month), to assemble the items (wrong schemes - for a tv console instead of a coffee table).
What about the delivery of damaged chairs with torn leather.
Communication - is there any, template emails - to delay money refund.
Working on conveyor and sells on conveyor will not last forever. It's not the way to win and keep regular customers!
