I stayed at Fairmont on early Jan and was at the level 8 swimming pool area. I was attended by Kannan and Steven who were at the pool side bar. It was raining and I was with my son at the pool, so we decided to have some drinks at the bar. They were highly attentive and was very customer oriented and friendly. I'm really impressed with their service and they even prepared a mini cake for my wife when he knew that I was at Fairmont to celebrate my wife's birthday.
