The reason for the two stars is due to the management to only place 3-4 employees to run the establishment. I come here quite frequently. The staff here are excellent. They worked very hard, efficient and still maintained a very friendly attitude. The same staff also handles take away orders. As a result the service are slow compared to Ya Kun out other similar establishments. The queues are so long that I have many times just leave and go somewhere else. Other times, I see a lot of other people stood in line for a few minutes and then leave. Definitely not a place to go if you are in a hurry.

Went there to redeem my free coffee from lazada with my sis and had late lunch there too. The staffs in toastbox always give me an impression that they are unfriendly and rude. Today, i met one who is very helpful and nice, who didnt give me blackface or scolded me when i didn't know how to redeem the free coffee, instead she came and teach me how to do it patiently. I am indeed surprised. 👍👍👍 for her. Best employee of causeway point branch

Nice coffee w soft peanut spreads on thick bread together w halfboiled eggs . Long ques indeed. I pity the workers only 4 aunties at d frontlines . Pls provide assistance esp during peak hour n public holidays as to sustain of d quality of the foods is utmost important. My compliment in overall service at the Woodlands Causeway. .
