Papa Johns Pizza

Found a hair 6-8 inches in length, in a slice with pepperoni. Called the store and apparently the manager didn't know how to handle the call and put me on hold to consult with other managers. I was offered a free pizza, but I personally don't care about free pizza, I was more concerned about identifying who's hair it was and documenting the incident, just in case that worker has some illness that can be transferred via DNA ingestion. Manager was clueless, they have no way of documenting this type of incident, I offered him the hair so that he can identify who it belongs to, and off course the manager was not interested in identifying the worker...came up with a lot of excuses, I have to give him credit for making up excuses tho. He was really good at making excuses.

I was here yesterday, I paid for over half of my order in cash using my debit card for the remainder of the total. I was charged the full amount of my order on my debit card & the employee claimed she thought the 40 I gave her first “was a tip” but no she knew what I was doing I told her & she heard me . Who leaves a $40 dollar tip on a $60 dollar pick up order.? She knew better. If I hadn’t checked my bank account I would have never known . Who knows if she has done this to people before ?! On top of that my order was wrong & I was given an uncut pizza . The general manager was very nice & apologetic though , he was professional & made sure to make this situation right. I appreciate the general manager (Jesus) of this location but the employee who pocketed my money ….. she knew what she was doing she just didn’t think I would actually notice. I almost didn’t ….

This used to be my go to place for take out pizza but now I need to reconsider. Not long ago our delivery took like 2 hours and today we couldn't even get delivery. I couldn't even order online. Calling my order in and going to get wouldn't have been so bad but their calls are now directed to India for your order to be taken. I couldn't up size my pizza like I normally do, I couldn't use or earn my rewards dollars and my order was wrong. The store had a lot of people working so I'm not sure what is going on. I hope they get back on track.

I tried the local place near 3 times just to be sure before writing a review. What ever happened to PJ pizza needs to change. One time it was the best pizza you could get. NOW, i wouldn't suggest it to anyone. All three times the pizza was just dank. I dont know if its the local establishment or just PJ's changes to how they make their pizzas now. if you have no taste buds, order away. otherwise look into local mom-and-pop pizza places.

Never get a pizza here again.They use to best the best. When I order I always get 2 pizzas .usually at least one will be ok,but today is my last time ever they don't put anything much on a pizza anymore its all crust.When I get thin crust its always too thin.They need to learn how to make pizza all over again.I am done eith papas for good.
