Taco Bell

It's been so long since I had Taco Bell and this weekend, after attending a concert, my husband and I was so hungry so we decided to get in the very long line at 11 pm to get some tacos. This is how my plain taco looks like. WOW! What a disappointment! Is this how it is for all Taco Bell? What a rip off!

The staff was very attentive! I went in to spend four dollars. I wanted those AMAZING fries, and I also wanted the burrito. I was so disappointed when I was told by a young man by the name of Ali that the fries were no longer available. But that disappointment lasted SECONDS. He introduced me to the new menu items and I happily purchased them ALL! I wound up spending a lot more with NO REGRETS! Listen, just go…try something new, but get the employees favorite things! Everyone stay blessed and positive! 😉😊🤞🏼💖

This was the worst experience ever. Should have known to turn around and walk out when an employee walks past us with her hand over her mouth, walks into the bathroom and throws up. We ordered two Mexican Pizza combos but I got home the tacos were missing. There was a small curly hair on my son’s Mexican Pizza. I was pretty excited to get him his first ever MP. Needless to say he will never eat here again. My bean burritos were cold as well. This store is completely mismanaged. These kids didn’t give a darn about anything. I grew up working fast foods. If I had acted the way these kids do today, I would have been fired. It’s not the Taco Bell I remember.

Not a good experience today. Hate having to use the order kiosk. Can’t order a senior drink on it. Got my order messed up. My friend and I each placed our orders at the same time, I got mine and she got hers about 10 minutes later. Not user friendly. Used to be one of my favorite places to eat. Now-not so much!!!!

As a door dasher that needs the orders to be complete when I get there they really didn't have good customer service. No one running the front register so I couldn't get the attention of anyone to ask about the order I had already been waiting on for 30 minutes. everyone was working on drive thru orders and ignoring me. I finally got the attention of someone hiding behind the drive thru window to ask if the order had even been started. It had not. They said they were busy and would get to it. I waited at least an hour for 1 burrito and a drink. Very disappointed considering I had to go back for another order but I sent in my husband and suddenly they were really fast :0

This might be the busiest and/or slowest Taco Bell I've ever been to. Expect to spend over 30-45 min in the drive thru or even when you order via the app. They haven't gotten my order wrong and the food is what you'd expect from Taco Bell but it's just disappointing to wait 40 min for a single cheesy gordita.

Definitely should have a sign on the front door saying please order at the kiosk. Stood in line for 10 min before the lady at the counter told us to go and order at the kiosk rudely. We ordered and then took another 10 min to get food. This place is so disorganized and unclean. Clean up you tables also. Probably won't be back.
