Wendy's

Went here for breakfast, because at other Wendy’s locations we have had great tasting food and iced coffee. Pulled through this morning and ordered the usual with a large iced coffee. Morning was ruined because it was pure water with a few drops of coffee in it. It was like it was supposed to be a joke. 0/10 do not recommend!

The drive-thru was closed there was a sign on the speaker. Went in the lobby, it was clean. The bathroom was clean. The staff was polite. My bun was hard as a rock. I got two slices of onion on my kids cheeseburger. And the fries were just sad. Should have been suspicious when the drive-thru wasn't busy.

Sunday night around 9pm placed a simple order. Staff were confused as to what foods were available. I asked for butter and sour cream was told twice it was in the bag... Guess what was not in the bag. Order incorrect even after pulling up to wait. About an hour after I ate immediately felt nauseous. Low quality food and service .

If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. We waited in the drive thru line at the speaker to order for 15 minutes while it was a car getting their food at the window around 10:30pm Monday . No one never answered went to the window to see if the restaurant was closed 2 employees walked pass the window serval times trying not to come tell us anything. we waited another 10 minutes just to be lied to saying the store was closed. they were laughing and talking and just really avoiding us ..

It doesn’t appear this review will even make a difference but this Wendy’s is awful. 1-placed a mobile order for pickup through drive-thru. 2-Wait 30 minutes in drive thru line 3-Once I got to the speaker I tell them I have a mobile order & they say I have to come in to get. Why? Nope. I cancelled mobile order and ordered through drive thru. 4-all parking spaces full to the right of people waiting on their food so we’re two deep in front of the window. 5-No straws, no napkins, no sauces that were ordered. Missing a fry. 6-at this point we’re an hour into waiting for Wendy’s and I can’t take it any longer so off I go with my melting frosty (which I can’t drink/eat) Never again.
