Sherby's Pub

Calling this an Irish pub rather than a sports bar is a bit of a stretch. If you like it loud with pool, darts and smokers clustered around the only doorway in and out this place is for you. The ribs were good, but the rest of the food was only ok. The beers were neither cold nor crisp and the glasses weren't cold, but I was told the mixed drinks had generous pours. The wait staff was clearly over worked without enough bodies to handle the amount of customers and wait times were long for ordering and between rounds. Nothing really wrong, but unfortunately nothing really great. Betty was awesome and obviously has to put up with a lot and got a great tip.

Very nice place to hang out with friends and enjoy the time. We went there last time to get the ribs. It's a special on Thursdays you should not miss. 2 racks for $23 including sides is hard to argue with and the prep and taste were top-notch. Service was very funny and friendly. We have been there a couple of times already. 5 stars for local beer and some you won't find a lot around Greenville.
