Check number 258 Order T. 3/01/2022 @547pm This young lady got ready to speak as I let my tinted window down and the courtesy quickly trailed off lol surprise it’s a black lady in this Mercedes Benz lol she will know exactly this situation she handed me my bag I waited for a thanks have a nice day you know basic customer service. she quickly turned away and in such a way you couldn’t mistake blatant disrespect and dislike. Rather anything is said or done I doubt it really doesn’t matter I just wanted to share my experience at this location my second visit. And as I am big on giving reviews. One bad apple really does spoil the bunch

I initially had a problem using a coupon, but the owner (I think she was the owner) came by afterward to rectify the situation and make everything right. It was an example of how to give excellent customer service, and I was/am grateful. The food was really good as it almost always is. I will return to this Arbys

Good location, but this location has seriously gone downhill! My wife & I stopped for a quick bite on Friday evening. About 7pm. There was one person working the counter, & one person making sandwiches in the back, both seemed overwhelmed. After a 20 minute wait, we got our food. Her fries were cold & after ordering no onions on my sandwich, you guessed it, ONIONS. Add to all that the fact the beverage bar was a mess & the tea tastes like it was left out overnight. Count me out. For the record, I love Arby's. It one of my "Go To's", but not this location.

Whenever I go to Arby's, I get the Greek Gyro. Sometimes they have them 2/$6.00 and sometimes 2/$7.00. Sometimes they require a coupon and sometimes not! But their Greek Gyro is pretty close to the Greek Gyros that I am accustomed to as I am of Greek descent! I always buy two, eat one that day and put the other in the refrigerator and eat it the next day. Warm in the microwave at low temp. and it is great! I don't know anything about their cleanliness inside as I always go to the drive thru! Their staff is always helpful and courteous! Usually there is a line if you go around lunch or dinner time.

The service was fast. They were friendly. I asked for sauce and got a good amount of sauce, which is always nice. My one complaint, one of my Beef & Cheddars had burnt roast beef on it. It was like rawhide. I bit into and my first thought was did I just bite into plastic. I'm extremely lucky I didn't break any teeth. I'm being serious when I say it was as tough as a one of those rawhides you give your dog. I opened the sandwich and pulled out a chunk of burnt, hard meat. I gave it to my dog. When she bit into you could hear a loud crunch, it sounded as if she was biting into a bone. It was that tough. My other sandwich was fine. I have NEVER experience anything like that from Arbys before. I've had bad service and cold food but never anything like that. Please be careful biting into your sandwiches.
