Mr. Fish & Chips

For a dedicated Fish and Chips establishment, it could be great, but it just wasn't. Oil seemed a little stale and fish portion seemed small for the price. They don't make their own tartar sauce and could be a lot more friendly. I can immediately think of several places that have better fish and chips and better value. There's no passion in their product and it shows.

This was my first visit. I had the chicken. It was very tasty. They gave me a few of the breast pieces. They were not dry like so many are. They were plump & juicy. I also ordered the side of mushrooms. These were a little different than what I was expecting. They're like whole mushrooms wrapped in wonton wrappers and then fried. They were good but definitely sharable. The side order was large and a few will satisfy your taste for them. They came with a sauce that I did not use. I think it was ranch but not sure. If you looking for good fried chicken they also have fish and shrimp. I have not tried those yet but my brother was visiting from Alaska a few weeks ago and found them because he was specifically looking for fish and chips. He said the fish was excellent. Good size portions and the brosted potatoes were very good as well. If your in the area stop by and give them a try.
