If I could give this place a zero, I would. Who in their right mind feels compelled enough to write a review on a 7/11 location? This gal right here. The floors were so dirty they were sticky (which is not the first time I’ve encountered this) but the kicker was that the cashier literally took my credit card out of my hand without saying anything. All I was trying to do was use the tap feature that was displaying on their what I assume is new scanning device to pay. (He inserted the chip, but again, he literally did not say a word to indicate that he was going to “help” me.) It also took a team of 2 more than 2 minutes to figure out what a hot dog cost.

The specific 7 Elven refused to give the price that was posted. 2 drinks for $3 dollars. The cashier said $4.18 was the price even though the price tag had the exact information on it. He was not willing to change the price even though he had it price for 2 for $3 dollars. He response was he had to change it in the system and he was not willing to do it right now. Poor customer service and false advertisement. I will not shop at your store. I will absolutely go to other locations to get slurpees for my kids. I will let other people know about your bad customer service and false advertising.

I went in for a free slurpee at two different times: 2:45pm and 6:15pm. Both times the machines were down. Unsure if they were even up between then. On top of that (and worse in my opinion) is how disgusting the floors were. Both times. There were dirt tracks everywhere! I will not be returning to this location.

So most days it's ok place to go there is one person here who has driven me and other customers away. I moved to Simi Vally about 3 months ago. When I get the guys name I'll drop it for you all. Anyway I have not had any issues went to this store many times over. But one worker who works afternoon evanings has been rude and disrespectful not only to me but I found out others. My own experience was when I go in to buy my 2 for 2$ drinks as the last day I went in he tried to over charge me. The fella stated do I still want them I said no not now you are wanting to over charge. He demanded I Leave the store and don't come back even at night. Well when I get his name I'll let y'all know. He's starting to grow a beard now looking little ruph. You don't treat folks like that. After that ya I am not going back there. There is another store not far down the road they told me he has been rude but his rudeness has brought them business. My respect so far to all the other individuals who work at that 7-Eleven. When he's not there the great place to go. It's that one worker but in my opinion One Bad Apple ruins them all. I'll update this with the guys name if anybody else has the same issue with this one person but when I find out I'll be writing a formal complaint.
