We ordered three beef burritos and one Ensalada with chicken.
My wife found that a small fly with broken legs on her Ensalada.
I showed to store manager but, he didn't want to admit it and rather saying "What do you want"? I felt that he was very rude. I replied " give me my money back". He immediately replied Is that what you want it HUH"? 'Give me your credit card" I replied " I don't need money, I need your apology and make sure pre inspect your food prior to serve to the public." "I will report to Health department" He said " go head whatever you want".
This store manager has so bad Attitude and no manner .

I've been coming here for 16 years. In my opinion, it's better than other chain Mexican restaurants. They're always consistent with their food quality and taste. I've never had a bad experience in this location. Very nice staff anf clean facilities... there's a gentleman whose been there for 16 years+...

So tired of going here and order the simplest thing, steak nachos. No special request, just steak nachos. Instead I got chicken nachos and old melted cheese. I was so mad i was gonna go back but what's the point. Don't want a new plate of food with possible spit. I paid 15 bucks to throw food into the trash. We won't be going back. 👎👎

It had been a while since we've been to Baja. Excited for a chicken burrito only it was a major disappointment. Cold old 3 cubes chicken no onion or cilantro filled with flavorless rice. Very sad this has happened. My wife had bland chicken tacos old tortilla and no cheese.. Will never return.

I really like the baja bowls...
And my family too .
The only thing we didn't appreciate it's the cashier named Sophie , she was like tired and no energy at all ,like she doesn't put more effort in welcome all the guest and give that feeling that you are in the right place.
Unfortunately we are not the only ones to
think so, the ladies next to us also been saying the same thing...
We all can have bad days ,but this is work.
Please try to smile more and use your manners
Thank you

So ordered food delivery from here through their website. The pico de gallo was rotten. I poured it all over my burrito before I realized it had a bad smell and was carbonated. I understand raw onion from restaurants is a big source of food poisoning. I called the restaurant and they said that they would make a new burrito and I could come pick it up. I wouldn't have paid to have it delivered to begin with if I had wanted to go pick it up. They refused to deliver because they had "nothing to do" with the "third party" delivery service. I didn't order from a 3rd party, I ordered directly from the website. My husband also put the rotten salsa on his burrito. When I explained what had happened, the manager just said, "well what do you want me to do about it?" There was no apology or regret for the fact that they might have just given us food poisoning. They also messed up my burrito order.

The salsa bar is completely empty - no salsa, no cups. The manager says, “We’re pretty busy”. No apology, no promise to take care of it as soon as possible. They were not terribly busy. I come here all the time. The manager tonight is a young guy, in his 20’s or early 30’s, tall, with black hair and glasses. It seems like he would be more suited working behind a computer in a quiet office somewhere. He was not managing things well tonight, at all.

I was at Baja Fresh on 9/1/2020 to eat lunch, it was warm but I wanted to support local businesses in this trying times due to the pandemic. I ordered my meal from the menu and I ask for a water cup. The server said only bottles were available. I couldn’t pay for a bottle so I asked for a water cup. The server said no water and then I asked for ice and he rudely said no ice. Remember it was very warm, 95 degrees and I was ordering a meal from them. The server was also very rude with his reply and I felt very disappointed. When my meal was ready , I was shocked at the portion. Baja Fresh is known for their huge servings but the serving was very little.
I still didn’t get any water from them too. I had to go to Starbucks, and they willing gave me a huge cup of ice for free without any purchase there.
