Mcdonald's

So disappointed service is going down hill, food quality is going down hill and they forget to include items for my meal. I knew I should have double checked before I left but after spending so long in the line. I just wanted to get home and eat, don’t think I will ever go to this location again. I rather drive further or not go to a McDonald’s again. Sloppy burgers and cold fries how does that happen. I hope these owners get more involved before it gets worse. This place used to be a go to but now it’s a stay away fast food place.

Standard McDonald's fare. We generally use the drive-through, where the service runs hot-and-cold. While the employees are almost always friendly (at the very least courteous and polite), the accuracy of our order has varied a bit. This has ranged from not including any napkins to the inclusion of an extra side of hash browns (better than just a "Bonus Fry"!).

The staff is always very friendly and the overall cleanliness of store is always on point. Veronica, a drive thru employee, is awesome!!! She has a great outgoing and fun personality and you can tell she’s a very hard working employee! There’s typically not too much of a wait unless you go at peak times but even still, they get thru the lines very efficiently.

I guess the new norms for McDonald's now is not filling the French fries to the top and only giving 3 ketchup packets. I was craving some chicken nuggets so I went to this McDonald's close to my work. Since I went at 11am, there was no one in the drive thru so I was able to pull right up and get the 10 piece chicken nuggets combo. They of course ask for what size for the drink and French fries so I said large. They also asked what sauces would I like and I said ketchup. Since I was on a call my attention was focus on the call. When I got back to the office and started unpacking my bag, to my surprise the fries were not filled all the way and they only give me 3 ketchup packets. 10 piece chicken nuggets and fries with only 3 packets of ketchup is not enough. I notice that most McDonald's are doing this now beside the one that I go to in Northridge. They fill the French fries to the top and give you a bunch of ketchup packets.

This McDonald’s is not kept up and is very unprofessional. I Have ordered from here multiple times and have gotten raw meat in my order of both a cheeseburger and quarter pounder. The pies I ordered were cold and stale. I asked for lettuce on the cheeseburger and it smelled foul and had discoloration. The drive through was very long and when I got to the window nobody was at the window and the employee Suhail was very rude to me. If I could give this McDonald’s 0 stars I would. Unacceptable

I found a piece of egg shell in sausage egg mc muffin today dam .They are usually on their phones or talking way too much I’ve noticed that it takes way too much time to get orders out or make them honestly your employees don’t know even how to work as team. Obnoxious slack of performance and straighten it out because for them to say to each other that u make the food or by saying it’s not my job

Went at an "off time" about 2pm to miss the lunch rush. Everything went smooth until I went to get my food.. Staff at the 3rd window was friendly but had no gloves on, and put her hand into my bag after asking me what I ordered and touched the majority of my food, boxes and fries. Thats the first bit that sucked, but the double 1/4 lb burger was a different story. Raw meat

It's 11:52 am Been in the drive through for 22 mins. What the heck is going on in there?? I'm being patient until I saw how much time has elapsed already??? Got to the window at 12:26 am just to be told that half our order isn't ready and stuff are missing?!?? Then you try to argue with me. Sunhail, I believe is his name of the person helping us. I can't eat anything solid (injury) and wanted something soft and cold just to get to the window 30 minutes later to be told that "we don't know when it turns off. It turns off randomly." Like what? "It turns off randomly"? Seems strange. I waited 30 mins just to be told that I can't have what I waited 30 mins in the drive thru for? Then asked to pull forward because only half thr order is ready... 40 mins for a small order at McDonald's???!?!?! Isn't this "fast food"? Unacceptable and the customer service is awful.
