Best humus we've ever had by far.

Marilyn's came recommended from friends to mom who recommended it to us. We were super happy with the fish tacos and she was quite happy with the special. Everything was really fresh and smelled & looked good. Descent quantity and price. Great taste and quality.

The food was good once we finally got it. The servers were nice but kind of short with people and you got to watch the kitchen staff and front of house argue about tickets. We will go back but we will call ahead and order take out. I had a gyro plate with salad and Hummus. Yum! He had a gyro sandwich and cioppino. The "stew" was not a stew but a loose broth. Flavor was good but not what was expected.

Marilyn's Mediterranean Kitchen is one of the best restaurants. It's a little Hidden Gem next to Ralphs on La Avenue in Simi Valley. They have the best and freshest food. If you like Mediterranean food this is the place to go. Maryland gets all her fish directly from San Pedro at the fish markets. Great recipes and great food.

This place has incredible food, friendly and efficient service, an extensive menu, lots of fresh seafood, professional preparation and presentation, huge portions, and fair pricing for what you get! I just wanted something quick and easy to take home so I ordered the Beef Gyro plate with salad and saffron rice....this was 3 days ago and I still have not finished...must have been 3lbs of food!

Outstanding food and incredible staff. I missed all the great "hole in the wall" restaurants in LA and thought it was a trade off for living in the 'burbs. Then I stumbled on Marilyn's...the food rivals the best spots in LA on taste and quality. It appears to be family-run and everyone there (staff) was happy and friendly. I highly recommend the experience to all Mediterranean food lovers!
