Could you spare the fries? Also, why did Burger King change their ranch? It used to be so much better but not anymore. Now it’s terrible like mcdonalds ranch. Please do better

This Burger King was very, very clean, very open, staff was nice, food is good. Only one negative, Burger King has to change their bread, it always breaks apart, it never stays whole. The bread killed my whopper.

First time here in years. I ordered via the app and was offered a free whopper. I added it to my cart but it did not ask if I wanted a veggie patty. Which I did.. SO I tried given them a call but couldn't get through. I decided I'll just drive up and tell them in person... so I did so.. the woman was very cool about it. I even asked her if I was able to upgrade my fries bcus the app had offered a free upgrade. She was cool about that too! I got my veggie patty whopper and large fries both tasted great.
