Pizza Hut

I was unable to place an order. I tried, I really wanted Pizza Hut. First I called in an order which was routed to a foreign call center. With a little language barrier I was able to place an order and made it clear I was ordering to the Silverthorne location at 175 Stephen’s Way. I pulled up to the drive through and they had no record of my order. They suggested I pull around to the parking lot and make the order online. So I did. In the PH app, all of the deals were showing as unavailable. So okay, I go to the menu. All of the pizzas were also unavailable except for the personal pizzas. I tried to go inside to talk to the staff but the door was locked. So then I was going to pull back through the drive through but it was five cars deep. I gave up. Went to Windy City Pizza down the street and it was great. The staff was super cool, the pizza was quick, and it was really good, better than Pizza Hut.

Very helpful and friendly staff (Jenifer and the manager) Food was great compared to my last experience with a different store location. Everything was clean and a great salad bar. They also have a couple TVs and we were able to watch NHL playoffs while we ate. Both employees had to deal with an angry customer who was completely in the wrong and wouldn't stop. Glad to see how well they handled the situation, very impressed!

The pizza is really good! Just the staff Is Not doing soo well! I called 5 times also my Boyfriend, nobody answered I was just trying to order for pick up, I tried using the app and keeps saying Something went wrong I had to come to the place because they weren’t answering when I get to the place and stand in front of the door calling the same number that o called and no one answered and saw me they did answered and the lady was rude and Like what else. We don’t have that we don’t have this etc! This is not just today, couple times already!
