Mcdonald's

Drive threw lady kept interrupting me while trying to order "anything else" real quick and loudly . We only ordered 5 sandwiches but we're asked 4 times " anything else?" I wanted to say " Yes !! , stop freaking interrupting me!!" On top of that, they only put 1/3 of a slice of cheese on my fish sandwich. Like why bother at all ?

Perfectly normal McDonald’s, if not better than average. Ignore the haters in the review section. If you have a negative experience, my guess is that it is a one-off experience. They’re genuinely trying to serve you quickly. See a lot of people “standing around doing nothing”? I guarantee it was either just busy OR about to get crazy busy. Don’t judge people for taking a break every so often. Try standing on your feet for 8+ hrs a day serving customers all day. It’s not an easy gig, and I wouldn’t expect any person to never get a break. Don’t like their work ethic? Go work there yourself. Service workers deserve the freaking WORLD.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever!!! Barely could hear the person taking my order because the workers were so loud. Had to slide my own card because they just have the credit card machine hanging out of the pay window. I get to the pick up food window there's at least 5-10 employees leaning around. I asked for straws and she rolls her eyes and says they're in the bag 😤 like seriously get it together!! Y'all have too many people on the clock and none of them are actually doing anything.
