I appreciate the customer service I receive at this location. The current staff is courteous and thoughtful. I would say that the only negative is that currently you have such an emphasis for online orders that the in-person visitor can often feel second class. Often, I must wait for the staff to fill online orders for delivery drivers to the detriment of in person clients. This should not occur but happens on a daily basis. Additionally, the Staff seems to have little if any awareness of the sale items you offer. I must usually pull up your advertisement and show them the item in question. They also do not honor the prices from the ads if they are not in the computer. This is very frustrating.
