This place Is one of many Stores I Like . This place is In the Hillandale Shopping Center In the Outskirts of Silver Spring , Maryland . A Few Miles Past The White Oak Shopping Center . This place Is In the Center of The Shopping area near Safeway . As You walk in from the huge parking are You come in the doors You see a Huge Lobby area . Then against the far wall is the barista area with Great staff members who make the coffee and pastries and They have Mean Hot Chocolates during cold weather days . I Love the Chocolate Chunk Cookies and The Rum Cakes and Lemon Pound Cakes To Blueberry Muffins and all . It has free Wi Fi for people who use their Cell phones there . The Customer Service Is Amazing , very Cozy Family atmosphere . This is a place to kick back relax have coffee and pastries Or Hot Chocolate after a long day . I would Love a job there sometime as a Barista Cashier and ride for the Brand . I Love Starbucks for its Professional Customer Service and all . If you love this place as I do, This place is the one for you. So Please come and support this place it could use the business after the bad situations since the Covid Pandemic . Let's bring back the good Ole Days and put aside our pettiness forever and come together as Americans as It should and Must be again . We Look forward to seeing You all there really soon .

I visited this location this morning just as they opened. It appears well kept. It was clean and smelled so too. The crew this morning were all very professional and friendly as each one made certain to greet me which Ilene know can be difficult at 6AM. Thank you so much Hillandale morning crew! Starbucks is Starbucks. By that, I mean it's a VERY established coffee joint that started in Seattle, Washington, and is ubiquitous nationwide and globally for decades now. The one in Hillandale is busy as usual, but quite spacious and convenient for patrons who either have time to relax, chat, use Wi-Fi there, or sip coffee, tea or even cool beverages and take them on the go to get back to work or the Beltway. You do get some rando guys who interrupt friendly conversations by soliciting goods, but other than that, it's pretty chill there. Decent service too. Who would imagine that this Starbucks franchise was once a flower shop? Despite that Hillandale history fact, Starbucks is (still) Starbucks.

When visiting Starbucks yesterday at 5/14/22 the employee Mayra (I think that’s the spelling of her name) young African American female went above and beyond , that left me extremely impressed. Her attitude and demeanor was so gracious I thought she was a manger on duty. She literally made my day extremely better after an ice chai tea spill all over my car from picking it up from the location(the lid wasn’t properly on, after picking it up through in online order) but neither of that matter after walking back inside and she immediately understood the frustration & took care of me immediately. She was super outstanding and nice, while they was a little busy. Her service was immaculate that I told her I will be coming back to this location. (Although I’m closer to other location) but she was that amazing. Haven’t had service like that in a while ! Shout out to her !
