The best Ethiopian local restaurant in Silver Spring. Friendly staff and the owner so polite and helpful. The food is delicious and the portions are large enough. We tried an ethiopian beer which is very tasty. The atmosphere is friendly. The decoration is amazing and the music is fascinating. Prices are very reasonable.

Love the kitfo, zilzil tibs, shint tibs and goden tibs. The veggie combo is also very good. It goes well with the tibs.

I really admired what i experienced in zene's restaurant. Very good customer service, quality food specially 'yebeg kekel' clean and conducive dining area.
Zene Deli veggie platter is quite good. The portion size is not super huge and for the same price you’ll find other veggie platters with more stuff on it but the quality and the taste is quite good.
