When my dad ordered a bowl, they were OUT of steak. My mom & brother had no other chance than to put chicken. The food was nice, but my dad ended up getting a burger from McDonald's.

My experience is much different than most of the reviews I’ve seen. This is my favorite chipotle hands down. The flavor is never lacking here! I always order pick up to avoid standing in line. Order is always accurate and it’s ready on time. Idc what their customer service is like (although never had an issue) because it’s so good lol. Never just mediocre

Had food catered here for the Super Bowl. We were really impressed. Everything was fresh delicious and food was prepared right before we got there. Everyone enjoyed the food and was really pleased with portions
