We’ve come here twice, first time for regular dinner food and second for dim sum. Both times the food was DELICIOUS and authentic. You can’t beat the price. Yes, service was a little slower than some other places but overall it was reasonable, especially for peak hours. One of the best Chinese food in the DMV.

Don’t understand the negative reviews - traditional Asian restaurants are more focused on the food quality and have more efficient service (i.e. not “fake polite”). Food is great here, try it out!

The dim sum is the best in Montgomery county. We come on the weekend at 11 am usually a lot of people get here as soon as it opens. I recommend the dim sum like the hagow and the lotus leaf sticky rice

We haven't been here in years, but everything was tasty and quick to come by on the carts. It wasn't as busy as I remembered it to be, but everything was great. The three things we really missed were the egg tarts, custard bao, and sticky rice.

Solid dim sum, you've just got to come first thing. Food comes quickly and fresh, the cart servers aren't super pushy, and the cost is great. Everything was pretty tasty and totally worth the trip.

This place is one of the few places that offers authentic Cantonese food in the area. Been here for decades. Solid food offerings, sometimes slow due to the volume of people, but it's worth it. They do offer Americanized Chinese food, but don't get it. They also have good dim sum

Nice and varity of Chinese food. Service alway is quick. I like to order roast duck and dim sum here. They are a good one to try. Also it is a huge restaurant, quite a bit hotel style. Clean and organise seats & tables No worry, you will alway have room to enjoy your meal there.

Silver Fountain,the best in Aspen Hill...without a doubt. Dim Sum and other food carts constantly gliding by your table to tempt you, try something from the carts it's all good. I recommend the bbq bun OUTSTANDING! Don't reach out to the carts! you may be ceremoniously removed from your table and tossed into the street by the cart mistress.... They will hand you whatever you like. A traditional Chinese and a standard Chinese-American menu are also served so anything you want is here. The hot tea is at the table as soon as you're seated. Restrooms get a 10 from Len.

Dim sum is likely their strength. As for other dishes, the beef chow fun is really nice. Smokey, fresh noodles, and large portions. The sesame chicken however is just pretty normal, not quite the yumminess of Panda Express' orange chicken

Dim sum dishes are delicious as always. We have been come here for dim sum for over 20 years. However, it seems like they are short of staffs today. When we asked for adding hot water to our tea pot the service person said that she doesn’t have time to do it. We didn’t get angry but we felt so funny. We still paid 20% tips just for supporting the business. Hopefully they hire more staffs and improve the service.
