I've been to Starbucks all over the country and this location by far had the best customer service ever. They took their time, were polite, repeated back what they heard, didn't mess up my order, and overall seemed genuinely kind. I drive past several other locations every morning just to go to this one.

This location is my neighborhood go to for coffee but it's always hit or miss with efficiency, and drink quality which is why I'm not giving 5 stars. I used the drive through 3 times in one week, ordered the same drink all three times and got something different each time. Make sure you ask for sugar free, even if you say that be sure to check the drink before you leave otherwise you might be stuck with a $6 drink that you can't drink because they put sweetener in it even if you asked for nothing but cream.

I ordered a Caramel Machiatto, and they made a Frappuccino. They gave me both. I now have another drink choice! The customer service was excellent. The coffee drinks were excellent!

Very nice and friendly service. We ordered a Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew and It was delicious. The suroundings of the store are very clean. It has easy access when you come from the 45th North.

I love love love this Starbucks. I go daily to study & complete assignments, the atmosphere isn’t too busy so it’s perfect. The best part of this location isn’t the coffee or space it offers but the employees! They’ve taken time to know me & my orders; they greet me by my name & are always over the top w/ their service! Will be my favorite study spot!
