Chipotle Mexican Grill

It's faster to just go through the line ... Online ordering is always way behind. Not only that but the serving sizes are usually awful. Chipotle needs to STANDARDIZE their servings. I got a burrito and it literally was all rice with 6 tiny chunks of chicken. It's over $9 for a burrito now. The least they could do is actually GIVE me chicken!

My coworker and I regularly order from this location and unfortunately more often than not our order is not correct. Since neither of us typically like to pull a Karen (even if we’re borderline Hangry) we normally just eat our food and go on about our day. We ordered burrito bowls and picked up the order. After about 8 bites into both of our meals, we found this little critter hitching a ride with the steak in the bowl. While we do appreciate the extra protein gesture without the additional cost, we do not necessarily care for ROACHES added. While we do not feel this was intentional, it’s definitely something this location needs to take seriously. We returned the bowl (along with our new found friend) to the same location and let them know what was found in our food, but they were speechless…. Literally, they offered no apology or resolution. Not that we will be eating there anytime soon, but a simple apology would have sufficed.

Had to take time out for a delivery order from here, and when I say it took some time to load all of this.... it took time. I wished they had more hands to help with large orders, but they did they best they could with packing. The accuracy was good too, but some of the cases inside didn't hold the items when driving, so there was a bit of spillage during the travel process. I wouldn't change a thing from the time it took away for them to fulfill this request, but I hope that sharing a little insight helps to make for a better transition for others in the future. Large orders need large organization.

My company regularly orders lunch for my team and without fail, even though all the orders have printed labels with names and the ordered item, there is always an issue. Today was no exception where 5 orders were incorrect. Some orders were missing items that were listed on the ingredients in the label, some had half of their order and half of another, etc. Just overall a poor experience. If this was a one off issue I would understand but this is a repeated error. It cannot be that hard to read what is ordered and put it in the correct container.

I moved to the area recently and ate at this restaurant with my family. When we got our meals we noticed the bowls seemed half-empty. There was much less food in each bowl than we usually get from Chipotle. I started asking my friends in the area for food recommendations and I had 2 separate friends who don't know each other tell me to stay away from this particular location. One said he went in to get his order and he thought the place was dirty, so he never went back. Another said when he orders from this location they don't give him less food than other locations. I had not told either of them about my experience at this location. I'll be sure to order from the one between the Walmart and Target on Shawnee Mission Pkwy from now on.

I ordered from here via Door dash. The door dash service was fast and efficient. The quality of the food I received was terrible. I ordered a steak bowl and they gave me chicken. They barely put any rice in the bowl and the guacamole (which is a $2.00 add on) was just a half an avocado not cut up at all with some guacamole residue around it. Do not recommend this location.

I've always liked Chipotle. I'd rather go in to order because I'm specific about my food. Ordering online is easy, but I make sure I get what I want by going inside the restaurant. I love all the options that you can choose from. Bowl or burrito, different meats, corn, sauces, brown or white rice, different kinds of beans, etc. I usually get the streak burrito bowl plus chips and queso. Now it is on the pricey side, but I think it's worth it. Bonus, I can't eat it all (big portions) so it is also a second meal later on.
