I walked into this McDonald's yesterday morning and there was no sign saying you have to put on a mask. The manager was very rude screaming at me to put on a mask or leave. All she had to do was ask me nicely I had just forgot to put it on but she just wanted to be a jerk I guess. No need to scream at customers...

My order was rang up wrong and it took me 15 minutes to get it fixed because the employees wanted to charge me for 2 more sandwiches and drink because I had already touched them, it finally got fixed but it took them 15 whole minutes to get a manager. Definitely not going back to this McDonald's.

Did NOT have any ice cream cones or milkshakes...I thought that McDonald's was made famous by their milkshakes ...and to not have that available for quite awhile is an extreme FAIL. Looks like Sonic is my best bet.

Old fries and biscut. Disgusting. I literally threw up and could even bite into my biscut. Says open 24/7?! Well lazy people cant even cook for a paying customer at 11:30.
Edit: My sister bought herself ice cream and needed a spoon. I asked for a spoon and the worker was rude saying something about how i didnt buy anything and walked away mumbling. If i could give this place zero stars i would.

The really heavy male worker and the female cook were fighting and telling each other off. Plus, the heavy male worker was going to charge a woman for salt and pepper and ketchup because she got a lot. I told him he couldn’t do it. These worker almost cause a all out riot in the restaurant. Both of these workers especially the big heavy guy need to be fired. There were only two working at this McDonald’s. It was shameful and I will never be back!

Crappy customer service. Fryers are down, no ice cream for my free sundae that I should have got. Failed to greet me just stood there and waited. Mean mugged the whole time ordering food. If I wanted this treatment I would go to a run down restaurant in okc. And only one pop machine that barely gives ice. And I know it doesn't take over 30 minutes to make one burger.

I work fast food, and I'm appalled at their service. They didn't greet me, walked away in the middle of my transaction, and took 10 minutes on an order that should've taken 2 minutes tops. Two sandwiches don't take that long to make, especially chicken thats pre-cooked.. Maybe if their line man hadn't walked up to the counter 4 times to just stare at people, he could learn how to make his times.

EATING AREA IS DISGUSTING!!! The floors look as though they haven't been mopped in weeks. Dried spills everywhere! All of the tables were dirty so I had to settle for the one with the least amount of filth. Touched the side of the table and got somemsome sticky on my hand. Normally, the staff is extremely rude, they don't greet their customers. Good luck to anyone who chooses to eat here. If the lobby looks this bad, I can only imagine how the kitchen is kept.
