As always the food was great but the real shout out goes to the employees. The two women working made lunch amazing! They genuinely seemed to enjoy their job and were very pleasant and professional... as a small business owner myself I wanted to offered them each job but I find poaching good employees from others distasteful. So job well done ladies and to the manager or owner of the pepper jax on Shawnee Mission Parkway congratulations you got a couple great ones!

First time here and I get one of the best services from the manager and the crew. Best Philly stake I have had in 7 years. Fresh veggies, fresh meat. That makes you feel over they way it's cooked. For sure, once you get the first bite it's just perfect. Will recommend big time.. Thanks to you guys .

Came in around 1. Seemed to be in the middle of a little late lunch rush. The two gentlemen working handled it like a champ! Both of them deserve 5 stars. Food was fresh as always. Store was clean and tidy and done right.

The food is amazing! I add jalapeno juice to my meat while it's cooking, it's SOO good! The staff are extremely courteous and helpful! If you order a steak with jalapenos and/or banana peppers, have them add Jalapeno juice to the meat!

This place is great! It has the best philly I've ever tasted personally (and I've had my share). At this specific restaurant the guys here were very personable and nice. The place is clean, the food is good, the ppl are nice. .. what more could you ask for?

My first visit was not long ago. I had the chicken rice bowl, loved it. It was a lot, so i had to take part home. It wasn't busy but then again it was approx 11:30ish. I had no issues like from What I read n other reviews. it was as clean as a place like that can be, which was clean at time. I enjoyed my visit and plan on another some day when it is a bit busier to see how it is.

I always go to this location. Food is always good, hot, and fresh. Customer service is good too. The girls that work here are super hyper, kind of like they're on meth or something, but overall they are nice girls.

I HAD to give this place at least one star to even leave a review. I will NEVER bring my family here again, they are over-priced, and the service is HORRIBLE! Had to ask 7 times for our food, if it's not a Philly then your gonna have to wait forever. You can get a better Philly at Firehouse Subs for a better price and the service doesn't suck.
