Twice in the past week I’ve gone here and they’ve forgotten to add coffee to my latte or any drink. Super frustrating. Today I ordered a peppermint white mocha frappachino and my boyfriend got an eggnog latte. Here’s what we got instead:

The staff is always friendly and the orders are completed in a timely manner.

Changing my review. Starbucks has changed. No longer clean. Music inside is so loud no longer has that coffee house feel -- can't work from there.

We waited 18 minutes in they drive thru and 6 minutes once we placed our order. The chai latte was ok. The had a we're hiring sign; they obviously need more help and process improvement.

I really like this place, but every single time I come in the same employee isn't wearing his mask over his nose. It makes me uneasy about accepting food and drinks from him. By now I thought management would've done something about it.
