My visit was in July, 2022. My experience was much better than it was a year ago. The good was hot, service was a little slower than what fast food places are with cooked food in warmers. I would rather wait than get bad tasting, warm food.

This is my favorite around! Definitely the tastiest. However they keep getting our order wrong, it's now the 3rd time in a row and tonight they put pickles on my burger. I asked for a new burger and the manager came out to inspect it. They brought me another one - it was right and absolutely delicious!

I have always been a big fan of the burgers they been good and fresh. Love the pickle burger and also the pickle fries I was excited to try them also my kids who are picky are now a new fan of them ! LoL crazy . Sonic has always had the best ice by far since I was a kid there drinks . Great job guys I appreciate a good ole breakfast in the morning.

They don't pay attention to the order an forgot about my drink and the girl just kinda rude but other than that. It's usually a good place to eat. I like sonic and the half price drinks

I normally don't have a problem here, but last time it took forever and they didn't even know what their promotion was and gave us something else. Also we waited for 20 mins in the drive thru and no one even greeted us for 19. Nobody was in front of us. I get being short-handed, but it is fast food. If you're short handed, maybe have better incentives to work there. Maybe don't open if there isn't adequate help.

This place needs some serious help. I made an online order at 7:09pm. Chili dog special and drinks for my kids. At 7:40 I was offered a refund because you are out of chili dogs? I checked in but I had to call in to figure out what was going on. Then I waited another 15 mins for a refund. Not a free drink offered. Nothing! Almost 45 mins and I pull away with hungry and thirsty kids.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is by far the WORST sonic location I’ve ever been to. I understand being busy but I don’t understand 30 Plus minute waits AND cold food. Also the customer service skills are non existent..

On corndpg day I say in line (4 cars in front of me) for 15 minutes for 4 corndogs. When I said something to the window person because she tried to give me the wrong ordet6, and then I waited 5 more minutes. I have NEVER gotten an order at this store that was correct since it opened. When I complain, the management is always very rude. DO NOT use this Sonic. My suggestion, OY go the the one at 177 and Hardesty Rd. They get your stuff correct and still hand bread their onion rings every day.
