Sarpino's Pizzeria

Wait time and pizza were great! I wish the customer service was better. This is the first time I ordered from this Sarpino’s for pickup. The other locations I order from most frequently the inside is closed and you have to call to pick up and have them bring it out. I called and Mary picked up and said she’d bring the food out to my car. As soon as she gets out she hands me my box and says “you’re supposed to come inside” before I could get an “I’m sorry” out of my mouth she had already walked away from my car. I wish she would’ve told me over the phone and I would’ve come inside not sure why the attitude. Also I noticed carry out is on their website so I’m not sure what the issue exactly is.

Horrible customer service. I had a complaint about how an order completed, and the gentleman I spoke with on the phone said it was my fault. Fair warning to other customers. Problem is that the gentleman pointed the blame to me instead of trying to resolve the situation. The sauce I selected was cheese and not pizza sauce. If the system "defaults" to pizza sauce after selecting cheese, sounds like the system needs modified. Does not seem like a good resolution to a potential problem in the future

It's definitely my favorite delivery! So many delicious options (the garlic butter dipping sauce is awesome!), and always fresh. My favorite is the Cheese Bonanza! Delivery is almost always delivered ahead of estimated time, which is amazing. Appreciated delivery today as a couple in the family aren't feeling well this Thanksgiving -- thank you to our super kind delivery driver Doug!

I think the manager's name is Bob I literally asked him for two traditional turkey clubs on sourdough with buffalo on the side. They get the sandwich wrong then they charge me for the sauce then the manager isn't even willing to I don't know throw in something on the side. He said it's going to be another hour wait. What a good way to treat your customers. When you screw up the order. If you can't do your job right and have a good attitude. Or try to make it right. Don't even work in customer service. I got a kid that was waiting for a sandwich now we got to wait another whole hour. Isn't the first time that this happened
