This location is always one my favorites.. everyone's always so eager to help and make sure your experience is the best experience. I had heather as a waitress and she's amazing.. my 4 yr old was tired hungry and busy and she was totally oblivious to his bad mAnners thank you guys I'm sorry again.. I ordered the 3 for me 6 oz sirloin started with a Caesar salad and omg topped with the right amount croutons and cooked to perfect medium rare temp.. Great great place Everytime I visit.. and everyone enjoys free guest WIFI

Haven't eaten at Chili's since covid started. Don't know if it was this one or all of them, but what I used to get was nolonger on the menu. Menu now looks more like an Applebee's. Not a fan of Applebee's so I'll probably not be going back to an immatation Applebee's.

I rated a 5 so it would be at the top!! This place is horrible!!!! We did curbside and ended up waiting well over the expected time. Tried call to let them know we were there and no one answered. When we went in to let them know we were there they were all standing around. Got home to eat and literally had to recook the food bc the food was not done all the way. Yes we could have took it bk but we were tired after a long day and didn’t want to have to run bk to town. Ordered cheese on the fries and there was barely enough to even say they were cheese fries needless to say they tasted like they were cooked this morning. Would not recommend this place at all!!!!

Very solid chilis location. Great food and service. I deliver from here for door dash and everyone loves the food. Half my orders are from here and a lot of them are repeat local customers. You know it's a good spot when the locals regularly go here in the off season. So, it's a good one! Clearly well managed

One if the better Chili's we've been to. Was told a 45 min wait, was seated in just over 30 min. Attentive staff, good food.

I gotta be honest, I did not want to go here. I was under the impression that Chili's sold Mexican food, and I don't like Mexican food. I convinced my friends that pizza would be better, so we went to a different restaurant. That restaurant seemed sketchy, so we ended up here instead.
The experience was interesting, I guess. There are these little tablets on the tables with games that you can "rent." I think it's three dollars for unlimited access to a bunch of simple flash games. It was alright. The best one was a game that's basically MS Paint. What purpose does this technology serve in a world where everybody carries a smartphone? I guess it facilitates group play? The games I saw seemed pretty single player oriented to me.
As it turns out, Chili's doesn't really sell Mexican food. I mean, they kind of do, but not really. The three non-vegetarians in my group collectively decided that our pallets degraded to those of children, so we all ordered chicken strips. Maybe it's because I haven't had any in years, but they were fantastic.
Service was alright. Our server seemed rushed. Like, dude, you're working at Chili's at 9 PM. There are 2 other groups in the restaurant, and a handful of people at the bar. Why are you rushed? Also, he was adamant that we pay on the little tablet thing. We asked if he could just take our cards back. Maybe I'm misremembering, but I don't think he said no. He just directed us to the little tablet thing.
Good experience overall though. Maybe I'm being overly generous because I was exceptionally hungry, but this food did exactly what I wanted it to. Very filling.

This is probably the best Chili’s we’ve been to. The service was outstanding and the food came out quickly and was so fresh. We’ve already planned to return when we come back for next vacation. The whole air of the restaurant was friendly and welcoming.

I waitressed many times through the years and a nasty menu is Disgusting & germy. Please have your staff wipe down all the menus after lunch and after dinner service! Ty
