Pizza Hut

Last month I ordered 12 pizzas…. Took over 3 hours to deliver and I’m 3 minutes from the store. Not even an apology. I should of cancelled, but felt bad. Today’s order, hour and a half.. for 2 pizzas. Time for some company adjustments and time for me to end relationship with PizzaHut. I’m sure there are better places with better management

I purchased pizza on June 5th I never received it, I went to the store the following morning and after waiting in the parking lot for the manager to arrive, I was let in to try to figure it out. She told me the order was canceled and I should receive my refund in 3 to 5 business days. I asked why it was canceled and she stated because you never picked it up, I had ordered it for delivery but I digress, I said the tracker had it in the oven still at 10:17 pm and they were closed, she just reiterated that the refund would be 3-5 business days. No apology. Here it is June 29th I have not received a refund I have made 2 calls to the store with no help only telling me it is a problem with my bank then. (Nope) 3 calls to customer service and 3 emails only to receive 1 email saying thanks for the feedback and customer service telling me they will report it to the higher ups and today finally offering me something which was a large 1 topping pizza and this will cancel out my concern! On a 28$+ order no thanks. WTH. Pizza Hut YOU NEED TO DO BETTER..

Friday night pizza order took over 2 hours for delivery. We called an hour in and were told it's on it's way. An hour later we call again to cancel when our doorbell rings. In their defense the driver said another driver walked out. My favorite pizza was cold, not the way I like it. And I only really like pizza hut pizza. Very sad it's going down hill...🙁

So the delivery driver would not come in my building because I live in a secured apartment.? When I called to inquire about this with the manager she simply hung up on me... Okay, I guess I'll have to take it up the ladder to get any explanation as to their reasoning. Not a problem. I work in customer service and when a concern is handled poorly it should be addressed. I don't feel I'm owed anything but an explanation.
