This right here is the absolute best thing in the world between the brisket and the chicken I'm in heaven. The employees are wonderful the manager is hilarious and I'm in love with this location. I wish Nashville put this effort in their food because when I say it was amazing I mean this was AMAZING 👏

Disappointing -still-. My bun wasn’t even remotely toasted, cold fries, one of my mozzarella sticks had no cheese in it, forgot my cherry turnover. This place needs some better management and training. I know I ordered late but this is ridiculous.

Food was hot and fresh, staff at register was kind and curtious. Only problem I had was I only received 7/8 of the food I paid for with hard earned money. I'll go back but only 1/8 as often as I would have because I'm worth every cent I spend and I trusted that 8 wasn't to big of a number to count to one at a time..... LGB

Giving 2 stars because I like the food. But literally every time I order it on Door Dash they forget a whole food item. The order on the receipt is correct but they still forget stuff. Not Door Dash's fault. It is the store's fault because they are the ones packing the order.

The fastest service I have ever received! We went through the drive thru. Order was hot and exactly how we ordered it. Even my condiments were correct!!! Great job Arbys!

Fish sandwich is only "seasonal" - OK, but left too long under heat

I got a roast beef and cheddar. The bun was falling apart, the roast beef was in tiny pieces and the sandwich was cold. Would have returned it but I got it delivered to my work. I know it wasn't the Doordash driver because she was very prompt.

Tuesday night i went to the Seymour Arby's order 4 beef and cheddar. The bread was so dry that it was falling apart was only two to three layers of meat and a small amount of red ranch and cheddar sauce. This is the second time that this happened i won't be back.
