I felt bad because I came in five minutes before close. I thought they closed at 10. Not 9. They were pretty much already cleaned up, but made sure I got food. Very nice group and they definitely took care to care for me.

The best KFC I've had in many years. The KFC back home drove me to swear "never again"... but then Tennessee changed my mind.

The food was great, hot and tasty. The tables needed to be wiped out between customers usage. The music was way, way, way too loud. I guess there were no speakers in the kitchen that's why they needed the loud music, it was just hard to communicate it was that loud.

Service was a little slower than I had expected. Overall, I had a great experience. The chicken pot pie was delicious and very hot. I took it 15 minutes away and I still had to let it cool some before I could eat it. First time I have ever had pot pie from there and I would highly recommend it. It is so filling, I have some left for lunch tomorrow.

Even though they were really busy and had a very large order they were working ok. The employees were considerate and polite. The store was clean. And the food was fresh and could tell nothing had been sitting there long.

Place was clean and neat. Time of arrival was 1:25 PM, had the buffet and it was okay, as the food have been out on the bar for a couple hours. Had to guess what was put out as there was nothing to say what was on the bar. You can tell what some of the items were and there were a couple of items that I had no idea until you put it on your plate and take a bite. One of them was I believe was bread pudding, but tasted like sweet potato bread pudding.
Area should be covered as it was next to the side door, and dinning area. The food were kept hot on the hot side and cold for the cold side. Overall, the food was not bad.
