The food is delicious and the staff very friendly and welcoming.
They have a passable cheesesteak. It is cooked well, the toppings are good with provolone and the bread is almost perfect.
It was not as clean as I would like and I felt a little rushed because I wasn't sure what I wanted.
I would eat here again mostly because it reminds me of home. For some unknown reason, it is very difficult to find decent cheesesteaks outside of Philly.
The fries were perfect though. Hot, fresh, brown and salty
We had the best meal at the Sevierville restaurant today! Great food, Great service and super clean restaurant. Gage and Clint are awesome employees, they are lucky to have them!
We are from out of state and wanted to give some new a try. We had the Classic Italian and my wife had the Steak and Cheese. I thought it was a good sub with lots of flavor. My wife also enjoyed hers and I took a bite and thought it was good as well. The fries were just fries, which isn’t bad 😀. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. Will definitely come back again if we are in the area.
I was going to the BBQ place next to Penn Station. However, they were too busy...lucky for me bc I had an awesome lunch...this will be my first choice next time.

Referred by a friend. The food is damn delicious. Loved the chicken teriyaki sub and the fries... and the fresh lemonade is ever more awesome... love it. The service and food is above and beyond.. keep it up guys..

The subs and fries were very good and well put together. The gentleman taking orders was also in good spirits and happy to help us decide on a sub as it was our first time eating at a Penn Station. My only complaint is that it's very small and half of the tables are mere feet from the restrooms.
Great sandwiches and wonderful staff. I was surprised to find the price reasonable for the quality. The only issue is that they seem to need 1 more person working, however this did not stop the friendliness of the staff and they kept pressing on. Thanks ya'll for being so nice while under pressure. -with a full belly from FL.
I had the cheesesteak, and was pleasantly surprised. Even for chains based out of New Jersey and Pennsylvania, it is rare to find one this far south that tastes just like they do up there. This is exactly the same subs I was used to getting for lunch while working up there. The only real downfall is it is located in a high tourist area, which makes it crowded and harder to access. No fault of the restaurant though.
