Love big bean. They recently changed the Severna Park location and now have a bar top by the front window and brought back self serve drip coffee and changed up their floor plan. Ive been a starbucks fan for years but not anymore. I even buy the big bean blend to brew at home. Greg and Kristy are amazing and very involved and take care of their employees and customers with love

Asked what milk we wanted then upcharded us a dollar for our choice, without letting us know. But crumb cake is amazing!! And staff was all super happy/helpful.

THEY HAVE CHANGED THE PLACE AROUND AND SO HAVE THE PEOPLE CHANGED!
THEY ARENT GINUWINE AS I FIRST CAME ABOUT 4 MONTHS AGO!
I WOULD RECOMMEND THE DIFFRENT LOCATION IN ANNAPOLIS. ITS SMALL AND CRAMPED NOW. GO TO OTHER LOCATION THEY HAVE LOST THERE GENUWINEST.
This place is better than Starbucks and I'm a starbucks fan but THE BIG BEAN is better. Yep I've tried it 3 times, consistent, nice and great customer service. They have reasonable prices. I tried the Sweet and Healthy smoothie. A Carmel Frappuccino, and a Strawberry Fruit smoothie and a Banana Nut Bread muffin. You won't be disappointed! Worth a visit.

The perfect rest stop on the B&A trail. We were caught in the rain bike riding stopped in for a great cup of coffee and yummy cookie that helped us complete our ride. Spotless, friendly service, and delicious wares...perfect!

Small little cafe in strip mall turned out to be great. TONS of options, great staff and willingness to change things up a bit so that we got what we wanted. Didn't get to try any of the baked items but they looked delicious

Drinking the lavender matcha latte was heavenly. I’ve been to coffee shops all over the world and I’m convinced that I’ve stumbled upon literally, my most favorite coffee based beverage! And, thanks for the amazing customer service.

Really nice cafe. Staff is very nice and friendly. Loved their coffee drinks. The macadamia frappe and vanilla coconut frappe were great! They also have fresh baked goods.
